A cigar is made from tobacco leaves without the ribs. There are three distinct elements: the filler, the capote and the wrapper. The filler, or filler, can be made of whole leaves (in the most valuable cigars) or of finely chopped tobacco. This is covered by another leaf of tobacco (the capote), whose function is to give the cigar its original shape. The filler and the capote are in turn enclosed by another leaf, specially stretched, processed and sealed to the body of the cigar, called the wrapper.
A cigar blend is an extract of all the parts that make up a cigar. The aim is to capture in one extract all the nuances that a fine cigar enjoys.
