Shipping Methods

To send the products to your place, we use General Post / ELTA Courier / DHL for small volume and weight orders. In this way, we ensure economy due to small volume while at the same time we have safe and fast shipping since its completion takes place in 2-3 business days. The company will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery. If for some reason you receive one of our products that is defective upon delivery, you must send us a photo of the product to our e-mail and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps. In case of receipt of a defective product, please inform us immediately. In case you received a product that you had not ordered, you must inform us immediately, so that we can proceed with the immediate replacement of it at our own expense.

Delivery in 2 – 3 business days

Delivery takes place in 2 – 3 business days (depending on the destination). Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Free shipping for orders of €35 and above, only for Greece.

For orders of €35 and above, shipping is free, while for purchases of a smaller amount, the shipping cost is €4 with general postal service and ELTA Courier.

Cash on delivery €1.5

In case you want to pay by cash on delivery, the cost is €2.5 regardless of the amount of the order. There is the option to place your order by paying with a credit card or deposit into the company’s bank account, so that you are not charged the cost of cash on delivery.

Shipments to Cyprus are made with Geniki Tachydromiki and the shipping cost is €15 regardless of the order amount.
Shipments to Bulgaria and Romania are made with Geniki Tachydromiki and the shipping cost is €10 regardless of the order amount.
Shipments to the rest of Europe are made with ELTA Courier / DHL and the shipping cost is €20 regardless of the order amount.
