Available from 25/12/2024Our products are not a method of quitting or reducing smoking, but an alternative way of smoking.
The use of electronic cigarettes by people sensitive to nicotine, people suffering from cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes and people under medication for depression or asthma is prohibited, without prior information and permission from their treating physician. Our online store assumes no responsibility for any health damage caused by the use of the products we sell, in case of their use by people with health problems, despite the contrary instructions as stated above.

All our products are intended for people over 18 years of age
Some of our products contain nicotine, a toxic and addictive substance and are intended for use by adults and not by children or pregnant women.
Our products have no medicinal properties.
The user is responsible for their use.

A prerequisite for completing each purchase from our online store is the understanding and acceptance of the above terms.

ORDER

In order to order the products, the user must register on the website, choose a username and password.
2. Then, the user will be able to select the product they want.
3. The prices listed next to each product as the final price include the legal VAT. The prices listed do not include the shipping cost. The total cost (including shipping costs) is confirmed upon completion of the order.
4. Finally, the user must select the desired payment method.

AVAILABILITY

The order process is finalized only with the confirmation email from our site. If for some reason it cannot be completed, there is communication from the company to the customer and the order is formed or canceled in consultation.

PAYMENT METHODS

1) Payment can be made via credit card. (Available from 15/01/2025)

2) Payment can be made by cash on delivery upon receipt of your goods (only for Greece and only for small volume and weight parcels sent with Courier companies).

3) By deposit to a bank account.

The deposit is made to a bank account with the reason for the deposit, the user’s name and order number, in order to avoid any errors and delays.

SHIPPING METHODS

To send the products to your place, we use Geniki Takhydromiki, Elta Courier and DHL Express, for small volume and weight orders. In this way, we ensure economy due to small volume while at the same time we have safe and fast shipping since its completion is carried out in 2-3 business days. The company will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery. If for any reason you receive a defective product upon delivery, you must send us a photo of the product to our e-mail and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps. In case of receiving a defective product, please inform us immediately. In case you received a product that you did not order, you must inform us immediately, so that we can proceed with the immediate replacement of it at our own expense.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide shipments have extra shipping costs. The total cost of your order will be payed via Bank tansfer. After you place your order, we will contact to inform you about the shipping cost. In case you don’t agree with the shipping cost the order will be cancelled. For items delivered to outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. In any case these charges are paid by the customer even if the parcel returned back to us due to prohibition from your country’s custom office.

PERSONAL DATA:

The company preserves the personal nature of the user’s data and is not allowed to transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason with the exception of relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities. The company maintains files with the personal data, which the user sends exclusively and only for communication purposes. The management and protection of the personal data of the user of the website is subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of Greek Law on the Protection of Individuals from the Management of Personal Data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee and European Law.
