To send the products to your place, we use Geniki Takhydromiki, Elta Courier and DHL Express, for small volume and weight orders. In this way, we ensure economy due to small volume while at the same time we have safe and fast shipping since its completion is carried out in 2-3 business days. The company will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery. If for any reason you receive a defective product upon delivery, you must send us a photo of the product to our e-mail and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps. In case of receiving a defective product, please inform us immediately. In case you received a product that you did not order, you must inform us immediately, so that we can proceed with the immediate replacement of it at our own expense.<\/p>\n
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING<\/p>\n
Worldwide shipments have extra shipping costs. The total cost of your order will be payed via Bank tansfer. After you place your order, we will contact to inform you about the shipping cost. In case you don’t agree with the shipping cost the order will be cancelled. For items delivered to outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. In any case these charges are paid by the customer even if the parcel returned back to us due to\u00a0prohibition from your country’s custom office.<\/p>\n
